Eligibility

To qualify for the Cyprus Permanent Residency Permit the applicant must:

Requirements

Applicants must invest a minimum of €300,000 in one of the following categories:

  • Purchase of house/apartment: Purchase a house or apartment worth at least €300,000 (plus VAT), with the option to acquire up to two units directly from a developer.

  • Real Estate Investment (excluding houses/apartments): Invest in other types of real estate, such as offices, shops, hotels, or related developments.

  • Invest in a Cyprus Company: Invest in the share capital of a company registered in Cyprus, which maintains a physical presence and employs at least 5 individuals.

  • Invest €300,000 in units of a Cyprus Investment Organizations of Collective Investments (AIF, AIFLNP, RAIF).

For categories B, C, or D above, the investor’s required annual income of at least €50,000 can also originate from sources related to these activities in Cyprus.
